DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DIFFUSION: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
INTERNAL USE: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. (120ml) of liquid.
TOPICAL USE: Apply one to two drops to desired area.
